HOW IT WORKS
1. HOW MANY SESSIONS
Once you decide to start your journey and sign up with me, you decide how many sessions you'd like to commit to or if you would like to pay as you go - I offer discounts if you purchase sessions in blocks. Your first session will be little longer as it will include consultation and fit test, followed by a shorter workout session.
2. WHERE, WHEN, EQUIPMENT
We will agree a set day, time and place for your sessions with me. Some (most) people prefer for me to come to their garden, others prefer a local park, or some even have their own home gyms, or, yu can come to my little outdoor garden gym. No matter where we work out, I will plan every session tailored and adjusted to your needs, abilities and to your progression. I provide all the equipment too.
3. SESSION LENGHTS AND STRUCTURE
My sessions are 45 mins long (apart of trial session, this one is 30mins long). Each of them contain a warm up (dynamic stretches etc), a main workout, and a cool down (static stretches, etc). Every session is whole body workout (depending how often you working out) and I will push you to your own limits and needs. Some session will feel harder than others, that is the best way to progress to your goals.
4. MEASUREMENTS, ASSESMENTS, BMR, FIRST SESSION
In the first session, I will (with your permission of course) measure you, check your body fat percentage (again, only if you feel comfortable with it), and we can also do a posture assessment if needed (that I can see anyways ones we start exercise). If you are interested, I can also give you a 7-day food diary to fill out( free with 10 sessions deal), so I can look through it and give you feedback on your eating patterns, with tips and advice about nutrition.
I will work out your BMR (basal metabolic rate) and count your ideal amount of macronutrients to consume for your goal. All this can feel slightly overwhelming sometimes. But together we will work out little step, achievable for you and your lifestyle.

5. CHECK-INS, REMEASURING
Once a month I will send you Check-in document to fill out, to see where we are, how far we got or if anything needs to change in terms of your goals, health, needs and if everything going well. Than once a few months (this is very individual, depending on how often you exercise with or without me, what was your actual goal,… and what we decide) we will do check-in together - remeasure, do fit test, body mass, pictures…etc.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to discontinue, all you need to do is to give me 2 weeks notice. If you purchased 10 session deals, please do let me know at week 8. Thank you 😊
